INTRODUCTION


1. GENERAL

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as the "customer" or "you") with SapphicStudio (hereinafter referred to as "SapphicStudio", "us" or "we"), at Sapphicstudio.com.

By placing an order and/or using sapphicstudio.se, the customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms”).

The Terms may change in the future. The latest version of the Terms is always available on our website. However, the version of the Terms that applies to your purchase will be the version available on our website at the time of your purchase.

To order on the Site, you must be over 18 years of age. SapphicStudio does not accept credit purchases from persons under 18 years of age, according to Swedish law. SapphicStudio reserves the right to refuse or change your order in individual cases (for example, if you have provided incorrect personal information and/or have payment complaints).

All content on sapphicstudio.se is protected and may only be used for personal use. Copying, distribution or other use without permission is not permitted.

The terms and conditions should be read together with our privacy policy and cookie policy, which describe how we process your personal data.


2. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices on SapphicStudio are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT according to law. Payment is made through the payment options offered in the checkout. Sapphicstudio accept valid credit and debit cards Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also offer payment services Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay. No invoice payment is offered beyond Klarna's services. Please see our current available payment options at check-out along with the terms and conditions of each payment service provider.

If SapphicStudio is unable to fullfil your order for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible. If SapphicStudio has received payment from you for a cancelled order, we will refund the amount using the same payment method used to make the payment.

We offer free shipping on all our products.

Any charges for tax or other surcharges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.


3. DELIVERY

Delivery time is normally 3-7 working days. During peak season, public holidays or major campaigns, delivery time may be slightly longer. After an order has been placed and confirmed, SapphicStudio strives to deliver the order within 1-5 business days to a delivery address in Sweden and 2-10 business days to a delivery address outside of Sweden.

During the checkout process, you will be informed of the delivery details. After your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email (if you have provided us with your email address) which includes information about your expected delivery. If the delivery time exceeds the scheduled dates, please contact SapphicStudio at kontakt@sapphicstudio.se.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address. If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or no-collection, any additional costs will be charged.


4. RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

We offer a 30-day return policy from receipt (excluding shipping costs) if you regret your purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping is at your own expense and risk. Contact kontakt@sapphicstudio.se before returning and include your order number and contact information.

If your order is damaged, please contact us within 7 days so we can assist. We offer replacement items but not full refunds. If you do not want a replacement, you can initiate a return or contact us for alternative solutions. Take photos of both the package and the damaged product and send them with relevant information to kontakt@sapphicstudio.se.

After an approved return, a refund will be made within 14 days to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that personalised posters cannot be returned.


5. COMPLAINT

If your product is damaged upon delivery or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us at kontakt@sapphicstudio.se within 7 days of receiving your order. Attach pictures that clearly show the damage or error, as well as your order number.

If the complaint is approved, we will send out a new product or offer a refund.

Please note that personalised posters cannot be claimed, in accordance with the right of claim for specially manufactured products. Read more on the Swedish Consumer Agency's website here.


6. PRODUCT IMAGES

SapphicStudio strives to accurately represent the colors and composition of our products on the website. As the colors displayed depend on your device and computer system, we cannot guarantee that they will appear exactly as they appear in real life.


7. INVALIDITY, APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES

If any part of the Terms is deemed invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining terms contained herein shall continue in full force and effect.

The terms and conditions shall be governed by Swedish substantive law.

If a dispute arises, we will do our best to resolve the issue. Disputes should first be resolved with SapphicStudio's customer service. If a dispute cannot be resolved between you and SapphicStudio you can submit a complaint to the General Complaints Board (ARN). You can also submit your complaint to the EU's online dispute resolution platform (ODR platform), which is available at https://ec.europa.eu/odr . If you submit a complaint via the ODR platform, your case will automatically be forwarded to the appropriate national dispute resolution authority.

Sapphicstudio follows the recommendations of the Swedish National Board of Complaints or any other equivalent dispute resolution authority.
