What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file that is saved on your computer when you visit a website. Sapphicstudio uses the information for statistical purposes, to track what the visitor does on the website, and to improve and personalise the experience of the website. There are two types of cookies – permanent and session cookies.

1. Permanent cookies remain on the visitor's computer for a specified period of time.
2. A session cookie is stored on your computer as long as you are on a website. As soon as you close the browser, the session cookie disappears.

How are cookies used?

Sapphicstudio uses cookies to improve and customise the website for you as a visitor. Examples of functions affected by cookies are: managing purchases, logging into your customer account and shopping cart. Cookies also help store certain information that customises advertising and offers to give you as a visitor a more relevant experience.

We use Google Analytics, which can associate information about you as a visitor with information from logged-in Google users who have consented to personalised advertising. The information may include information about the end user's location, search history, YouTube history and data from websites that partner with Google. The information is used to provide us with aggregated and anonymised insights into user behaviour across devices. When you use our site and accept tracking and cookie management, you consent to such use. You can access and/or delete such information via Google's My Activity.

Permanent cookies are used, for example, to store any personal settings made on desenio.se, so that you do not have to do the same thing again every time you visit our website. Session cookies are used to keep statistics on the use of the website.

How do I delete cookies?

If you do not want to use cookies, you can turn them off under the settings tab in your browser (see your browser's help pages for more information). In the browser, you can also delete previously stored cookies from websites you have visited.

What cookies does SapphicStudio use?

Basic functionality:

Sapphicstudio's e-commerce platform sets cookies to ensure basic functionality on the site, such as the shopping cart and checkout, etc., works.

Advertising and marketing:

Facebook Ads – a cookie is set, and a pixel is used to track your journey and experience on our websites to customise the content of Facebook's advertising program and to optimise advertising on Facebook's platforms.

Analysis services

Google Tag Manager - used to manage tracking on the site.
