What is SapphicStudio?

SapphicStudio creates inclusive , modern and colourful posters for people and couples with a special focus on the LGBTQIA+ community.

Our wide range of unconventional posters offers different themes, colors, shapes and styles that are carefully designed to fit into any home and house.

What is a personal poster?

A personalized poster is a customizable poster where you as a customer can enter personal information such as name, date, location, and choose the background color and associated motif.

We offer a wonderful range of posters in different colours, shapes and styles for all people and couples where you can create symbolic wall art - everything from celebrating an anniversary, wedding anniversary, the day you came out of the closet to celebrating milestones, your first pride parade or your first date

Can I preview my personal record?

You can choose to receive a digital preview to your email above the buy button on the product page. If you add a product to your cart directly from the home page, you can choose to leave an order message and write that you want a preview.

We will contact you via your email address with a preview and await your confirmation before printing.

It is also important that you double-check that all the information you have entered is correct before making the purchase.

Are frames included with your posters?

No, unfortunately we do not offer frames for our posters.

How does the production of your posters affect the environment?

We naturally care about the environment, which is why our posters are printed on FSC-certified paper from responsible forestry. With local production and delivery, we also reduce the environmental impact of transportation.

FCS - "Forest Stewardship Council" is a source label for wood, which guarantees that the forest is replanted.

ORDERING

My order was wrong when placing it, what should I do?

Contact us directly via our contact page and we will help you correct the error before printing.

Can I make changes to my order after purchase?

Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to your order after the purchase has been completed, nor can we add or remove products.

However, if your order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will assist you.

Can I cancel my purchase?

We always offer a 30-day right of withdrawal. This means that you have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying us within 30 days of you or your representative receiving the ordered goods (the withdrawal period).

The right of withdrawal or exchange does not apply to personal posters that are printed to order.

We can always cancel your order before it is printed. Contact us immediately and we will help you with this.

I have not received any order confirmation.

If you have placed an order with us but have not received an order confirmation, it may have ended up in your spam folder. Please check if it is there.

It could also be because the wrong email address has been entered. Contact us by clicking here and we will help you see if your order has been registered. If so, we can correct your email address and resend the confirmation.

If the order does not appear to have gone through, please contact us before placing a new order to avoid double ordering.

DELIVERY

How long is the delivery time?

Delivery time is 3-7 working days. Please note that delivery time may be slightly longer during holidays and public holidays.

How much does shipping cost?

It costs nothing as we offer free shipping!

How do I track my package?

You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order has been shipped.

Remember to check your spam folder, as emails can sometimes end up there by mistake.

What happens if I provided incorrect delivery information?

If you have provided incorrect information, such as address, email address or phone number, please contact us here immediately so that we can try to correct the information in a timely manner.

Please note that if this affects the delivery of your order, you as the customer are responsible for any costs that may arise.

RETURN

I want to return my order, how do I do it?

We offer a 30-day return policy from receipt (excluding shipping costs) if you regret your purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping is at your own expense and risk.

Please contact kontakt@sapphicstudio.se before returning and include your order number and contact information.

Returns do not apply to personal posters printed to order.

What do I do if my order was damaged in delivery?

Contact us directly and we will send you a new one!

I have questions regarding my invoice, where do I contact?

All invoicing is handled by Klarna. If you have any questions about your invoice, please contact Klarna directly. You can find their contact information at www.klarna.com .
