How long is the delivery time?
We usually ship our posters within 2-3 business days.
Delivery time is 3-7 working days. Please note that delivery time may be slightly longer during holidays and public holidays.
Is shipping included?
Yes, we always offer free shipping!
Can I return my item?
We offer a 30-day return policy from receipt if you regret your purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping is at your own expense and risk.
Please contact kontakt@sapphicstudio.se before returning and include your order number and contact information.
Returns do not apply to personalised posters that are printed to order. However, you can cancel your order until production begins by contacting us via email.
